How It Works

It reads, classifies, and tracks every document that flows through a project — variations, extensions of time, RFIs, payment claims, subcontractor notices, site instructions, defect reports — and keeps a live register that connects site to office in real time. Like Connected Estimator, it is delivered as a platform: configured once to your contracts, templates, and approval flows, then run for a simple monthly platform fee.

What makes ACCA different from ordinary SaaS is that nothing lives in isolation. The platform runs on two connected rails — commercial and delivery — and every event moves both. A variation updates the program; the program updates cashflow; cashflow updates directors and stakeholders. A plan revision automatically revs up the affected contractors. A variation that meets contractual thresholds spawns its own EOT and queues it for action. Ordinary software stores what happened — ACCA acts on it, in real time.

This is the construction admin function, inverted.
